Call Centre & Into Store Delivery Info

Dear Retailer,

Please see below dates for Regional & National holidays - January to June 2025.

If any of the above dates are on your regular delivery day, then deliveries move to the following day.

Access to our website for general information, completing standard & supplementary returns continues as normal during any Regional or National holidays.

We recommend your returns are kept up to date weekly and processed well in advance of the 21 day allowable time period (leaving them until the last day creates a risk of missing the cut off, especially as most National or Regional holidays fall on a Monday).

You can also email requests to our Call Centre at thecallcentre@aredirect.co.nz during any Regional or National holiday.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR 2024/25

Delivery Dates, Office Hours & Your Closure Info

Dear Retailer,

As we quickly head towards Christmas, it is time for us to update you with our plans around delivery dates, our Call Centre operating hours and how you can stop deliveries if you are taking a break this Summer.

We will have one Call Centre operator available to assist with inquiries between 8.30am – 3.00pm on the following days.

Normal operating hours resume from Monday 6^th January.

Access to our website for general information, completing standard & supplementary returns will continue as normal during the holidays.  You can also email requests to our Call Centre at thecallcentre@aredirect.co.nz.

‘CHRISTMAS CLOSURES’

If you are only closed for the Stat days, there is no need to submit a 'Christmas Closure' request as deliveries will not take place on these days.

-       Dec 25^th & 26^th

-       Jan 1^st & 2^nd  

If you are planning a longer break and want to pause your magazine deliveries, simply email us with the subject line 'CHRISTMAS CLOSURE' and include the info in red below. 

To do this, simply click on the Call Centre email link, add the subject line ‘CHRISTMAS CLOSURE’ then copy and paste the red text below into the email body and complete the necessary information.

Please make sure to send us your 'CHRISTMAS CLOSURE' dates by Friday, December 2nd, so we can accommodate your requested dates.

Please be aware that we cannot hold any magazines for you during the dates you have chosen for closure.
